Three teams to watch out for in week 6 in the NFL

As we approach week six in the NFL, some of last year’s bad teams are looking good right now. Even though these teams may not have the best record, they are playing good football, and have great momentum. Let’s go through my top three teams to watch out for an upset this weekend. Now I wouldn’t pick these teams to win outright but I do think they have a punchers chance of beating their more superior opponent this weekend.

First, let’s go with the New York Giants, the Giants are currently 4-1 and are playing the Baltimore Ravens, who seem to be trending down right now, this Giants team is overachieving massively with the help of team captain Saquon Barkley, who’s number two in NFL in rushing yards, and amongst the highest running backs in receiving yards. Even though I think Baltimore should win, I do give the Giants a 40% chance to win this game if big blue’s defense can bottle Lamar Jackson and keep him in the pocket.

Staying with a New York team the New York Jets have a good shot to upset the Green Bay Packers as Green Bay is coming off a tough loss to the Giants in London last Sunday and the Jets smoked the Miami Dolphins last week. This Jets team under Zach Wilson is currently 2-0 and have shown that they can play really good football on both offense and defense. Green Bay has really been struggling on the offensive side of the ball with one of the worst pass offenses and an underachieving defense. This Jets team has a decent shot to upset the Packers but I do still believe the Packers squeak out the win.

Lastly, the Seattle Seahawks have a chance to beat their division rivals the Arizona Cardinals, who are a underachieving team thus far into the season, and with the Seahawks playing very well under quarterback Geno Smith, this Cardinals defense could give up a lot of points and this could be a high scoring game if the Cardinals defensive line can’t get pressure on Geno, with Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray having a down year and seemingly going back and forth with head coach Kliff Kingsbury after games this could be a massive upset in what you thought could have been a blowout at the beginning of the year.
