Previewing the Packers Titans Thursday night game

With this being one of the better matchups for a primetime game, the Green Bay Packers will face the Tennessee Titans on Thursday night football and hope to keep their season alive with another win. Coming off a great overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys the Packers will look to continue their win streak over the Derrick Henry led Titans, as the Titans look to continue their win streak. Let’s go through each of my X factors for each team to win this game.

First, for the Green Bay Packers their biggest X Factor to win this game is definitely the run game and stopping Derrick Henry who is weekend and week out the best running back in football, if the Packers stop Henry and win the time of possession they have a good shot to win it and with rookie wide receiver Christian Watson emerging as the Packers number one receiver, which gives Green Bay another dimension for their office.

For the Titans, the biggest X Factor to win this game is forcing Aaron Rodgers into turnovers, and running with Derrick Henry to set up play action, with the Titans defense forcing turnovers in the last few weeks they should look to take the ball away on defense. With Derrick Henry being a top running back in his league, they should look to keep the ball out of Aaron Rodgers hands and force the Packers defense on the field for most of the game, leaving them gassed and missing tackles.

Overall, I believe the Packers will win this game but it will be a close one. I have the Packers winning. 21-17.
