Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is meeting with the New York Jets Tuesday afternoon to discuss his potential future with the Jets. With multiple reports about Rodgers coming out about “checking out” after signing the contract extension last year and other details that happened in the last few years.
It’s been widely reported that Green Bay has been fed up and tired out with dealing with Rodgers antics the last couple years since drafting Jordan Love in the 2019 draft, since the Packers drafted Love in 2019, Rodgers has been leading the Packers on in the offseason and taking multiple jabs at the organization during the last couple offseasons.
The Packers reportedly want a slew of draft picks for the four time MVP and the market is dictating that the Packers aren’t going to get nearly as much as they think due to the last couple big quarterback trades the last couple offseasons in Matt Stafford and the Russell Wilson trade. If Rodgers and the Jets can come to an agreement on certain things this deal could happen very fast in the next coming days or weeks.
