With the NFL free agency window officially opened we had a whirlwind of player signings/trades and teams breaking the bank to sure up their teams to make a Super Bowl run. With over sixty players already signed we’ll go over the top three teams that have made the best and biggest moves thus far.
New York Giants
The New York Giants made two moves that are significant to both sides of the ball, firstly the Giants made a big splash in trading for former Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller for a third round pick in this years draft, the other underrated move they made is signing free agent linebacker Bobby Okereke to a four year deal worth up to $40 million dollars.
Houston Texans
The Houston Texans made some moves on Tuesday that are sneaky good moves to develop a culture, the Texans signed free agent Jimmy Ward and a slew of players, the Texans also traded for former Tampa Bay Buccaneer guard Shaq Mason for a sixth round pick which is great value for Houston to protect their quarterback.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks made a very underrated signing and one of the best interior defensive linemen in Dre’Mont Jones to a three year $51.53 million dollar contract. Jones was on the Broncos last year and was arguably the anchor of that defensive line which was one of the best in the league last season.
